Brant Jacobs serves as President and Co-Founder of Weaver & Jacobs Constructors, Inc. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science from Texas A&M University in 2002 and has been instrumental in the company’s growth and success since its founding.
Brant is actively involved in all aspects of the company’s operations, providing leadership and support across business administration, preconstruction, and project execution. His experience includes estimating, preconstruction services, Construction Manager-at-Risk (CMAR), and Design-Build delivery.
Outside of work, Brant enjoys working with cattle and horses and spending time with his family. He is a proud husband and father of three and a dedicated supporter of the Texas Longhorns.
Mike Weaver is the Co-Founder of Weaver & Jacobs Constructors, Inc. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from Texas A&M University in 1982 and brings decades of experience in construction management, estimating, and operations.
Mike was actively involved in all aspects of the company’s operations throughout his career, providing leadership and support across business administration, preconstruction, and project execution. His experience includes estimating, project management, and field operations developed over more than 30 years in the industry.
Mike retired in 2022 after helping establish the strong foundation and reputation of Weaver & Jacobs Constructors. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, spending time with his grandchildren, and is a proud Texas A&M supporter.
Chris Brzozowski serves as Vice President of Operations at Weaver & Jacobs Constructors, Inc. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science from Texas A&M University in 2007 and has been a valued member of the team since 2011.
As Vice President of Operations, Chris oversees the day-to-day operations of the Corpus Christi office, providing leadership and support to project managers to ensure seamless execution and successful project delivery. His experience includes estimating, project management, and coordination of a wide range of commercial projects, including schools, banks, churches, and office buildings.
Outside of work, Chris is a dedicated family man who enjoys spending time outdoors, especially fishing, and creating memories with family out on the water.
Patsy Park serves as Secretary/Treasurer of Weaver & Jacobs Constructors, Inc. She joined the company in 2003 during its early stages and has been a key contributor to its growth and development over the past two decades.
Patsy is actively involved in the company’s financial and administrative operations, overseeing payroll, healthcare administration, corporate documentation, and insurance management. Her versatility, attention to detail, and dedication have allowed her to successfully support the firm across multiple roles throughout her tenure.
Outside of work, Patsy enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her husband, daughter, and their beloved pets.
James Rath serves as Director of Field Operations at Weaver & Jacobs Constructors, Inc. He brings extensive field experience and industry knowledge, having previously served as a Project Superintendent with the company for 12 years prior to his promotion into his current role.
James oversees the day-to-day management of supervisory field staff, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards. He is also responsible for leading the company’s Safety and Quality Control programs, as well as overseeing warranty services to ensure all items are addressed promptly and thoroughly. His attention to detail and commitment to quality play a key role in the successful delivery of each project.
Outside of work, James is a dedicated family man who enjoys spending time with his wife and children.
Dallas Hagan serves as Director of Project Operations at Weaver & Jacobs Constructors, Inc. A proud Yoakum native, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science from Texas A&M University and began his career with the company as a college intern. He has been a valued member of the team for over 12 years.
Dallas oversees the scheduling, coordination, and overall performance of construction projects across the company. During his career, he has successfully managed more than 30 projects totaling over $300 million, including schools, banks, churches, and wellness centers. His leadership supports project managers through scheduling oversight, coordination, and problem-solving, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Outside of work, Dallas enjoys spending time with his two daughters and playing golf.
Wes Robinson serves as a Project Manager at Weaver & Jacobs Constructors, Inc. He began his career with the company in 2003 as an Assistant Project Superintendent, advancing to Project Superintendent before transitioning into his current role as Project Manager in 2014.
Wes is actively involved in all aspects of project delivery, bringing a hands-on approach and strong attention to detail to each project. His experience includes the construction of a wide range of commercial facilities, including schools, healthcare facilities, fire stations, and municipal projects, ensuring quality execution from start to finish.
Outside of work, Wes is dedicated to his family and enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.
Randy Boone serves as a Project Manager at Weaver & Jacobs Constructors, Inc. He has been a valued member of the team since 2012 and brings extensive experience in construction management and project coordination.
Randy is actively involved in all aspects of project delivery, including planning, budgeting, and day-to-day coordination. His experience includes managing a variety of commercial and public projects, working closely with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure quality execution, schedule adherence, and overall project success.
Outside of work, Randy enjoys spending time with family and friends and cheering on the Texas Longhorns.
Bryan Jacobs serves as a Project Manager at Weaver & Jacobs Constructors, Inc. He has been a valued member of the team for over 12 years and brings extensive experience in construction management and project coordination.
Bryan is actively involved in all aspects of project delivery, including planning, budgeting, and day-to-day coordination. His experience includes working on a variety of commercial and public projects, collaborating with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Outside of work, Bryan enjoys fishing, watching the Texas Longhorns, and working with cattle. He is a dedicated husband, father, and grandfather.
Shawn serves as a Project Manager at Weaver & Jacobs Constructors, Inc. He earned a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University in 2017 and began his career with the company as an intern before joining full-time as a Project Engineer. He was promoted to Project Manager in 2019.
Shawn is actively involved in all aspects of project delivery, including planning, coordination, and day-to-day management. His experience includes a variety of projects such as schools, community centers, and event facilities, where he works closely with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure successful project outcomes.
Outside of work, Shawn enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, as well as hunting, fishing, playing golf, and supporting the Texas A&M Aggies.
Drayton serves as a Project Manager at Weaver & Jacobs Constructors, Inc. He began his career with the company in 2017 as a project intern and, after graduating from Texas State University in 2019 with a degree in Construction Science, continued to grow within the organization through roles as Assistant Superintendent and Project Engineer before advancing to Project Manager.
Drayton is actively involved in all aspects of project delivery, including planning, coordination, and day-to-day management. His experience spans a variety of projects, and his background in both field and office roles allows him to effectively support project teams and ensure successful outcomes.
Outside of work, Drayton enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and participating in local cook-offs.
Gary serves as a Project Manager at Weaver & Jacobs Constructors, Inc. He joined the company in 2020 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science from Texas A&M University. With over 20 years of experience in commercial construction, Gary has held roles as both a Superintendent and a Project Manager throughout his career.
Gary is actively involved in all aspects of project delivery, bringing strong attention to detail and extensive construction knowledge to each project he oversees. His experience allows him to effectively manage coordination, scheduling, and quality to ensure successful project outcomes.
Outside of work, Gary enjoys hunting and fishing and is a devoted husband and family man.
Tim serves as a Project Manager at Weaver & Jacobs Constructors, Inc. He has been a member of the team since 2019, joining as a Superintendent before transitioning into his current role in 2024. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Management and Technology in 2018 and a Master of Business Administration in 2019 from Texas A&M University–Kingsville.
Tim is actively involved in all aspects of project delivery, including planning, coordination, and day-to-day management. His background in both field operations and management provides a strong foundation for leading projects and ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with client expectations.
Outside of work, Tim enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Ryan serves as a Project Manager at Weaver & Jacobs Constructors, Inc. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science and Management from Texas State University and began his career with the company as an intern in 2020. He has been a full-time member of the team since 2021, progressing through roles as Assistant Superintendent and Project Engineer before advancing to Project Manager in 2024.

Austin serves as a Project Manager at Weaver & Jacobs Constructors, Inc., based out of the Corpus Christi office. He joined the team in 2024 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science from Texas A&M University in 2017.
Austin is actively involved in all aspects of project delivery, including planning, coordination, and day-to-day management. His experience supports project teams in delivering quality work while maintaining schedule and budget expectations.
Outside of work, Austin enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Brenden Morris serves as Lead Estimator at Weaver & Jacobs Constructors, Inc. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology Engineering with a minor in Business Administration from Texas A&M University–Kingsville in 2009 and has been a valued member of the team since 2011.
Brenden is actively involved in all aspects of preconstruction, including cost estimating, budgeting, and project planning. With over 15 years of experience in commercial construction, he has served in roles such as Superintendent, Project Manager, and Estimator, contributing to a wide range of projects, including educational facilities, medical buildings, and office spaces. His experience and attention to detail play a vital role in the success of CMAR and competitively bid projects.
Outside of work, Brenden is a dedicated family man who enjoys spending time with his wife and four daughters.
Noble Brosch serves as an Estimator at Weaver & Jacobs Constructors, Inc. He began his career with the company as an Assistant Superintendent and transitioned into his current role as Estimator in 2025.
Noble is actively involved in preconstruction services, including cost estimating, budgeting, and project coordination. His field experience provides valuable insight into constructability and project planning, allowing him to support accurate estimates and contribute to successful project delivery.
Outside of work, Noble enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Laurie Jacobs serves as Account Manager at Weaver & Jacobs Constructors, Inc. She plays a key role in the company’s financial operations, ensuring subcontractors and suppliers are paid accurately and on time for each project.
Laurie is actively involved in tracking project costs and maintaining financial oversight across all jobs. She works closely with vendors and project teams to ensure clear communication and positive working relationships, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of each project.
Outside of work, Laurie enjoys spending time with her family and her two grandsons.
Nina Newton serves as Office Administrator for Weaver & Jacobs Constructors, Inc. in the Corpus Christi office. She plays an important role in supporting project operations by working closely with subcontractors to maintain current insurance certificates across all projects.
Her attention to detail and organization contribute to the efficiency and success of each project.
Outside of work, Nina enjoys spending time with her husband and children.
Callie Terry serves as Office Administrator at Weaver & Jacobs Constructors, Inc. in the Cuero office. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Leadership and Development from Texas A&M University in 2015.
Callie plays a key role in the company’s marketing and business development efforts, leading the coordination and design of proposals for prospective projects. She is also actively involved in a wide range of administrative and operational functions, including managing employee credit cards, assisting with bond notices, and more. Her creativity, organization, and attention to detail support both the day-to-day operations of the company and the pursuit of new opportunities.
Outside of work, Callie enjoys cooking, making memories with her three daughters, and working at her mom’s boutique.
Tracy Jaquez serves as Office Administrator at Weaver & Jacobs Constructors, Inc. in the Cuero office. She provides essential support to daily office operations and serves as a key point of contact for both internal staff and external partners.
Tracy manages front office functions, including coordinating incoming communications, handling mail and logistics, and maintaining office supply inventory. She also oversees the tracking of monthly rental items for projects and assists project managers with closeout documentation. Her organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail contribute to the efficiency and overall success of both office and project operations.
Outside of work, Tracy enjoys spending time with family and friends.
