Weaver & Jacobs Constructors, Inc. was founded in 2002 by Mike Weaver and Brant Jacobs with a simple vision: build quality projects, treat people right, and do what you say you will do. What began in a modest 350-square-foot office in Victoria, Texas, with no employees and a single project has grown into one of the region’s leading commercial construction and construction management firms.

Driven by a commitment to integrity, hard work, and lasting client relationships, Weaver & Jacobs quickly earned a reputation for reliability and quality. As the company expanded, operations were relocated to Cuero, Texas, in 2005, where the company’s headquarters remain today. Continued growth led to the opening of additional offices in Corpus Christi in 2016 and Hutto in 2025, allowing the firm to better serve clients across South Texas, the Gulf Coast, and Central Texas.

Today, Weaver & Jacobs employs more than 50 construction professionals, manages over 25 active projects, and has successfully completed more than 400 projects throughout Texas, representing over $1.1 billion in construction value. Our experience spans a wide range of markets, including K-12 and higher education, municipal and public facilities, healthcare, churches, financial institutions, office buildings, retail, light industrial, renovations, and specialty construction.

As a full-service construction firm, Weaver & Jacobs delivers projects through Construction Manager-at-Risk, General Contracting, Design-Build, and Job Order Contracting delivery methods. Our teams are involved from the earliest stages of planning and budgeting through procurement, scheduling, construction, closeout, and post-construction support. While our projects have grown in size and complexity, our approach remains the same: provide hands-on leadership, maintain open communication, and deliver exceptional value for every client.
