Our History
Weaver & Jacobs Constructors, Inc. was founded in 2002 by Mike Weaver and Brant Jacobs with a vision to deliver high-quality construction services built on integrity, hard work, and strong client relationships. The company began in a modest 350-square-foot office in Victoria, Texas, with no employees and a single project. Through a commitment to doing things the right way and building trust with clients, the firm quickly established a reputation for reliability and quality.
As the company grew, Weaver & Jacobs relocated its operations to Cuero, Texas, in 2005, where its headquarters remain today. Continued growth and an expanding client base led to the opening of a second office in Corpus Christi in 2016, followed by a third location in Hutto, Texas, in 2025 to better serve Central Texas. This strategic expansion reflects the firm’s ability to scale while maintaining the personalized service and attention to detail that defined its early years.
Today, Weaver & Jacobs Constructors employs over 50 professionals, manages more than 25 ongoing projects, and has successfully completed over 400 projects across Texas. The firm’s portfolio includes schools, banks, churches, funeral homes, office buildings, and correctional facilities, with total construction value exceeding $1.1 billion. Recognized for its growth and leadership, Weaver & Jacobs was named to the Aggie 100 in both 2016 and 2017, honoring it as one of the fastest-growing Aggie-owned or Aggie-led businesses in the world.
