A proud Yoakum native and Texas A&M University graduate with a degree in Construction Science, Dallas began his journey with Weaver & Jacobs as a college intern. After gaining experience as a project manager in South Texas, he returned to our team and has remained a driving force ever since.
Over the past 13 years, Dallas has successfully managed more than 30 projects totaling over $300 million—including schools, banks, churches, and wellness centers. His deep understanding of every phase of construction and his ability to lead with precision and professionalism have made him an invaluable member of our team.
In 2025, he advanced to Senior Project Manager and Scheduling Coordinator, where he worked closely with project teams to maintain real-time visibility into scheduling and progress across all active jobs. During this time, Dallas became a trusted resource across the organization—frequently sought out by other project managers when challenges or conflicts arose on their projects. He never hesitates to step in, offer guidance, and help resolve issues, further strengthening his reputation as a dependable leader and problem solver.
As Director of Project Operations, Dallas now leads the scheduling, coordination, and performance of all construction projects companywide. In this role, he oversees the enterprise master schedule, supports and develops project managers, integrates cost, schedule, and risk management, and ensures the safe, high-quality, and timely delivery of projects with strong client satisfaction and margin performance.
